Research areas: Computational Intelligence, Computer Engineering, Distributed and Parallel Systems, Media Informatics and Visual Computing, Business Informatics

The initial appointment is for 6 years with the possibility of promotion to a permanent position as Associate Professor following a positive tenure evaluation.

Applicants are required to have an outstanding research and publication record. Experience in university teaching as well as experience in raising funds on a competitive basis and in managing scientific research projects is highly appreciated.

Duties include research in one of the Faculty’s main research areas (see above) as well as graduate and undergraduate teaching.
