Computer Science Colloquium Series
The Computer Science Colloquium Series is a framework within which different institutes of the department organize talks given by national and international guest speakers. The talks cover recent and future trends or give a review of certain subjects in the field of computer science.
The Colloquium Series is organized by Prof. Werner Purgathofer from the Institute of Computer Graphics and Algorithms.

WiT - Colloquium
Women's Postgraduate College for Internet Technologies (WiT) is a pilot program promoting highly qualified female science careers at university level. It combins research in science and technology on the highest international level with career support measures offered to female high school and university students as well as junior researchers.
A diverse set of communication initiatives (colloquium series, further education tutorials, web portal, etc.) supports continuing education, provides visibility for successful women in computer science and creates awareness in the general public.
