The Institute of Visual Computing (E193) invites to the talk “Mesh classification based on discrete curvature and Image Segmentation”

Presentation of article works treating of mesh classification and image segmentation. The first work presents a Mesh classification approach based on region growing approach and discrete curvature criterion (mean and Gaussian curvatures). Another work of medical image segmentation by level sets controlled by fuzzy rules is presented. The method uses local statistical constraints and low image resolution analysis. The third work shows Fuzzy c-mean segmentation by integrating multi resolution image analysis too.
