Abstract

In his quick guide, Dr. Neubauer talks about a long rocky road to an successful entrepreneur and how difficult this path at times proved to be. He demonstrates very clearly the challenges as TU spin-off bearing up his interests in the field of business, how he had to overcome difficulties, including funding, first customers, global sales, strategic positioning for growth and how finally, he becomes a global player.

With his high-tech start up, he embarked on a long and arduous but also on a successful, exciting and extremely educational journey. Very recently, the company was successfully sold to a global market leader, moving the success story to the next level. One of the most effective ways to promote entrepreneurial mindsets is through learning by doing, as the longest journey always starts with the very first, small step.
