Abstract
Particularly for start-up and early-stage companies, business angels are vital figures that fill the gap between self-finance and venture capital. They are an important source of equity in the early stages of an enterprise, before it becomes attractive for venture capital funds.
The synergy “business angel - founder” will be described in this i2c Public Lecture from both sides’ points of view. In a panel discussion, an entrepreneur together with his business angel will draw from their experiences, to share insights on the relationship between their respective entities. This talk will provide both informative and practical advice grounded in first-hand experience of a currently running business venture.
